Arab Achievement Awards is an annual award event we are organising with the aim to award and acknowledge the successes and achievements made by aspirational Arab talents in the UK & Europe.
The Event
The event will be held in London Hilton Hotel and will be attended by more than 500 leaders and the cream of the Arab society in the UK. A3 will award all those who have been selected and nominated by our esteemed panel of judges. The nominees will be selected and are considered to have made a major contribution in their field of speciality. The event will be attended UK & Arab politicians and notable personalities and will be televised live in the Middle East and globally.
Arab Achievement Awards 2012 will be held for the first time in London Hilton Park Lane on Saturday 14th July 2012.
This glitzy and highly exclusive event celebrates the amazing and rapid successes and influences attained by Arab professionals in the UK and acknowledge the contribution and achievement made by the cream of Arab society.
This event will identify, nominate and award existing, new talents and the future bright stars in UK Arab society now and in the next decade.
An independent panel of judges and industry luminaries will shortlist the entrants, Then the public will vote for their favourite talents by logging to the event website and registering their vote or by calling our dedicated telephone lines or can vote by texting through the shortlisted candidates.
This splendid event will be televised to global audiences in the UK, US, Gulf countries and we expect the viewership to top 40 million people.
Award Categories:
1. Innovation in Education
The award will be given to the most innovative approach and contribution made by an Arab academic to the education establishment in the UK
2. Philanthropy & Charitable Services
This award will be given to work of charitable nature to develop charitable initiative by individual or charitable organisation.
3. Professional of the year award
Professionals in the field of medicine, law, media, banking who have scaled the heights of their chosen profession.
4. Young Entrepreneur Award
This award acknowledges the best young Arab entrepreneur and rising star (younger than 35 years) with a proven track record of operating a successful business enterprise.
5. Women of the year
Award for Arab women of the year who excelled in business, charity or politics and made a real difference to the society
6. International Achievement
This award for the best international achievement by an Arab talent or professional
7. Sustainable development to the Environment
This award is given to the most outstanding contribution made to sustain and save the environment in the Middle East.
8. Businessman of the Year
The award acknowledges the achievement and successes made by Arab business personality of the year
9. Life Achievement Award
A lifetime achievement award given to a major Arab’s talent that made a major contribution to the UK and Middle East
10. Scientific and Technological Achievement
An award for the best scientific and technological invention advancement in their field
11. Sport Achievement Award
Awarded to Arab talent which excellence in Sports.
